The staff were very attentive and helpful, providing exceptional service, in a peaceful and convenient location within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit.

The units are spacious and well-priced with a comfortable King bed, balcony, and an extra bedroom, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

to be honest i liked how excellent and best the staff is, would stay here again its location was magnificent and beautiful, in the next field. what's more, it was just next door to close to beach / bike path, a wooden platform and the beach and designer retailers a block away.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Publix grocery store.

Sitting outside and watching the boats go by...Also the design of the inside space is a knockout!

When we arrived for check-in, there was a discrepancy with our reservation. The front desk clerk told us that our reservation was incorrect and did his best to provide a suitable room, similar to the booking. The hotel was formerly a condo building so the rooms are quite spacious and New York modern chic design. Some of the rooms' balconies face a parking lot and/or bridge.

Exceptional service in a small, classy, boutique style hotel. A returning guest who will be back to this well located Bal Harbour property. Midway between South beach and Aventura mall. Ive stayed in many hotels between Sunny Isles and South Beach and this is as good as it gets! Highly recommended for couples and families.

Everything was really good, my next choice again in Miami Beach. I liked that it was impeccably clean and relaxing. - the staff were caring, and the rooms were modern. - I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV. - Got the view of the sea.

I stayed on the ground floor-there was noise coming from the floor above-three nights with the noise. I asked to move to another room-i was told that nothing was available.

Need some details, due a very new hotel, like place to put soap inside shower tube.
